William Jerel Kelly

 Mr. William Jerel Kelly, affectionately known as “White Boy” was born on April 8, 1986, in Atlanta, Georgia. William departed this life on Tuesday June 20, 2023, all too soon from us. William was a kind, sweet, gentle spirit with a beautiful smile that got along with everyone. God gently closed those lovely brown eyes and told William to come home with me.

          William attended English Avenue Elementary School, furthering onto John F. Kennedy Middle School graduating from Booker T Washington High School in Atlanta, Georgia, continuing his education at Atlanta Area Tech College.

William loves to cherish his memories with his devoted mother Melissa Missy Kelly, Father William Burdy Moss, sisters Quanchella Denise Kelly, Teiara Kelly, Brother Quinton Moss, Aunt Deborah Mabry, Uncle Marshall Mabry, Gladys Hooten Rausaws of Pittsburgh, Pa and many more loving family members alongside Cousin Theodore Thompson and best friend Tony.
