Debra was born on June 10, 1958 to the late Willie Hulon and Odell Middlebrooks Mitchell. The youngest of 3 Children – Patricia Mitchell Bryant, Norman Mitchell (Collene) and Debra Denise Mitchell. She graduated from Whiteford Elementary and Bass High School. She also graduated Medical College and became a Physician Assistant. Debra was very active in High School – she was a Cheerleader for Bass High School.
