Shelia Ann Hullins

Shelia Ann Hullins was born on November 22, 1964, to Mary Hughley Alexander and Horris Russell.

Shelia joined the Greater Deliverance Baptist Church at an early age.  A person who loved people and enjoyed life, throughout her struggles and illnesses, she always acknowledged God's amazing love and power. 

Shelia attended schools in Coweta and Fulton counties.  Sheila loved to have fun with family and friends.

Shelia departed this life on Friday, June 23, 2023 surrounded by family and friends.

She was proceeded in death by her father, Horris Russell; her brother, Charlie Smith; her grandparents, Imogene Blackmon and Mr. and Mrs. Russell; her aunts and uncles, Josephine Woods, Lillie Bell Robinson (Glenn), Frances Hughley, Mary Ann Mayo, Kenny Hughley, Alfonza Hughley; cousins and friends.

She leaves to cherish her memories her loving mother and step-father,  Mary and Fred Alexander; her brothers, Bill Hughley of Chattanooga, TN, Alvin Hughley of Atlanta, GA, James Smith of Atlanta, GA, Fred Russell(Arlecia) and Ricky Russell of Newnan, GA; her sisters, Mary Denise Thompson of Decatur, GA; Lynn Parks(Willie) of Newnan, GA; aunts, Evelyn Henley, Maybelle Hughley of Atlanta, GA; and a host of cousins.
