Leon Thomas, Sr.

     Mr. Leon Thomas was born on November 14th 1944 in Atlanta GA to the late Mr. Glenn Thomas, Sr. and Mrs. Mattie M. Thomas.

     Leon was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years Mrs. Mary a Thomas, two brothers Mr. Glenn Thomas, Jr. and Michael Kelly. Leon worked for Patten Scalping company for forty two years as a master machinist, also he loved his church where he held the position as the head Deacon.

     Leon leaves to cherish his fond memories one daughter Shirley A. Thomas; two sons Mr. Leon Thomas (Trinise) and Mr. Anthony Thomas (Ronnie); seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; One brother Mr. Andrew Thomas, Sr. (Ann) Handy host of relatives and friends.
