Joyce was born on February 9, 1953, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Mrs. Susie Ann Robinson and George Brown. She attended Carver High School in Atlanta.
Joyce accepted Christ at an early age and attended St Joseph Free Holiness Church and New St John Missionary Baptist Church.
Joyce “a.k.a.” Ann, Joyceemae, Mama Joyce, or J.B. as she was affectionately called by many never met a stranger. She touched so many lives and helped everyone she could. No one ever went hungry or homeless around Joyce. Even after suffering a brain aneurysm, a stroke and many other heath challenges she never gave up, she would still show up and show out. She knew she had a praying family that kept her covered. Joyce loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren dearly. They meant the world to her. She was extremely proud of them and enjoyed being around them.
Joyce departed this earthly life and entered her final resting place on February 12, 2026.
Joyce leaves to cherish her loving memories and mourn her passing, her three caring and loving children Mr. Alexander Bonner, Mrs. Wanda Lucas (Ernest), and Mr. Antonio Bonner, her four loving grandchildren, Kiera, Demetrius, Rodney and Chelsi; seven great grandchildren KaMya, DiJon, JaDen, Delia, Nasir, Prynce, Kyng; two sisters, Ms. Betty White and Ms. Seresa Ware, ex-husband Mr. Alexander Bonner, Best friend Cheryl Calhoun and a host of nieces and nephews.
