Jettie Reann McClendon, a beautiful soul, was born to the late Hattie Butler and Levert Chunn in Atlanta, Georgia. She passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022.
Jettie was the only girl of four siblings: Erron Butler (deceased), Gary Butler (deceased), and Levert Chunn Jr (deceased).
Jettie attended George High School. She loved to spend time with friends and her family. She was the life of the party, and there was NEVER a dull moment around her! Jettie was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend. To know “Reann” was to love Reann. She was a devout Christian, and she loved the Lord.
Jettie Reann McClendon touched the lives of many people – those both living and those who preceded her transition from this world – including her husband Phillip McClendon, her son’s fathers, Henry Lee Boyd and Roderick Carter; her two sons, Travaris Chunn and Travis Chunn; her niece, whom she raised like her daughter, Tayinana Washington. She also leaves behind two granddaughters Jada Chunn and A’layah Chunn, a host of nieces and nephews, a whole lot of cousins and a host of other family and friends. We all will miss her beautiful soul.
