Elizabeth Ann McPherson

Reflections of Life

       Elizabeth Ann McPherson was born November 21st, 1963 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Ollie Merle McPherson. She departed this life July 19th, 2023. She was preceded in death by her children, son, D’Anthony, and daughter, Erika, mother, Ollie McPherson, grandparents, Alex and Fannie McPherson, brother, Craig McPherson and additional close family members.

Elizabeth was called Rochelle by family and Liz by her many friends. She was a cheerful and loving mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, cousin, nurse, and a friend to many. 

Elizabeth attended and graduated from Smith High School and played basketball, which was her favorite sport. Liz loved relaxing, reading love novels, and playing Spades with family and friends. She worked various jobs, and her favorite was in the food industry. She worked as a Chef at the Pace Academy School for 8 years. 

Liz leaves behind to cherish the memory of her earthly life, her grandchildren, Ciara Nicole, D’Angelo Bernard, D’Anthony Jermaine McPherson, stepsons, Verlando and Corey, her honorary sister/cousin, Rose and Leslie McPherson, Family Elder, Johnny Seals, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, adopted family, caretakers, supporters, and friends.
