Elizabeth L. (bka ~ Betty) Drummond

      Elizabeth L. Drummond was born on February 18, 1949, in Kirkwood, GA. She attended Russell High School in East Point, GA. She met her husband and married in 1965.  She had two children, David, born in 1969 and Bryan, born in 1976. 

      She attended The First Baptist Church of College Park. Betty was a lifelong Christian who loved reading her bible nightly.  She worked at Southeastern Portrait Studio in Forest Park for many years and finished her career at Clayton County CSA where she worked from 1996-2022.  Her clients referred to her as the “white haired angel”.  She was a kind hearted person and would do anything for anyone.  Betty was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. 

      Betty is proceeded in death by her Mother Hilda P. Guinn and Father, Charles Hubert Guinn Sr.; her sister, Virginia Oswalt; and her nephew (Little) Sammy Guinn Jr.

Betty legacy extends through the lives she enriched and the countless hearts she touched.

      Betty is survived by her sons David James Drummond - wife Angela Dribnak Drummond and Brian Lee Drummond; grandchildren Chase Avery Drummond, Taylor Harris Smith - wife Claire Martin Smith, Isabella Gabrielle Drummond, Victoria Alexandria Drummond, and Blake Drummond; great grandchildren Leonidas Dean Drummond, Parker Harris Smith, Holly Grace Smith, and Griffin Taylor Smith; her brothers and sisters Charles Guinn Jr., Sammy Guinn Sr. (Cyndy), Tina Eubanks, Ricky Guinn (Lisa), Julia Nolan (Dan), Mike Guinn (Vangie), and Clyde Guinn and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
