Diamond Denay Barnes

Diamond Denay Barnes was born on July 15, 1999 in Decatur, GA to Donna Barnes. She proudly graduated from Towers High School in Decatur, GA.

           Diamond was a dedicated mother to her son Royal. Although she had to contend with her own health issues, she did not let that stop her from being a devoted mother. Diamond and Royal spent much of their time together going to the park, attending movies, and having fun at the trampoline park, which was Royals favorite. Diamond loved her son and her family unconditionally.  

Diamond was preceded in death by her beloved aunt Kimberly Charles.

Diamond is survived by her son, Royal Maurice Barnes; Mother, Donna Barnes;  Grandparents, Don and Shirslene Barnes; Sisters, Destini D. Barnes and Dezire A. Barnes; Devoted Aunts and Uncles that helped to shape her life, Darrell Monts, Robertina Monts, and Marcus Monts; Loving Cousins that were more like sisters and brothers, Ashlee Monts, Alessis Peterson, Wendell (Taylor) Monts, and Aleisha Monts; Great Aunt, Jacquelyn Bridges and Great Uncles, Curtis (Cathy) Tarver, Lamar Tarver and Larry Tarver; Dedicated cousins, Dominique Hill, Devin Thompson, Brittney Thompson, Porsche Harris, Brandon Felder, T.J. Moreland and Darius Wright; More loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends too numerous to name that all loved Diamond.
